Could you be motivated by establishing Frese's sales organization in the district heating sector - then reach out.

We are a Danish company with around 270 employees and have a company history of 80 years and are among the world's leading within our field. We have sales offices around the world and production sites in Denmark and China. We manufacture and sell high-quality valves to e.g. the district heating sector. Our HQ is in Slagelse, about 1 hour drive from Copenhagen.

Your responsibility

It will be your responsibility to develop the branding, customer and sales strategy for the Swedish market.

More specifically you will:

  • Contribute to and in close collaboration with the Global Sales Director develop our business plans and account strategies for the Swedish market

  • Be the forefront and build close relationships with new customers

  • Develop the pipeline of new KAM opportunities to gain future new business sales

  • Be responsible for business governance and to follow-up, evaluate and monitor performance from customers

  • Participate in events and conferences eg. by giving lectures

  • Work closely together with the Danish colleagues sharing knowledge and experiences

Frese can deliver products from Day 1, which gives you the best possible baseline for success in establishing new customer relations and to grow sales in Sweden.

You thrive in sales by heart and have a strategic mindset

  • You have a master degree within Sales, Business Adm, Engineering or another relevant educational field

  • You have minimum 5 years of experience from sales

  • An advantage if you know to the district heating sector

  • You have strong business acumen and documented negotiation skills

  • Your native language is Swedish, but you are also fluent in English verbal and written
